<p>The article presents a program, the development of which is due to originality emotional-volitional sphere, character, sensory experience visually impaired and blind students. The program aimed at reducing psycho-emotional stress, teaching children skills psychological self-regulation in room. A room for child gives an opportunity student mitigate or eliminate their internal problems. Periodic visits by students with visual impairments allows solving problems preventing difficulties learning, upbringing socialization, deviations behavior effectiveness this was monitored according diagnostic data based on developed criteria before after trainees completed cycle classes. implementation revealed positive trend personal social results.</p>
